PLEASE NOTE: 

• Banners and signs are not permitted.
• Personal gifts are not permitted into the Alamodome.
• Balloons (helium, air filled or deflated) are not permitted.
• Video Cameras, Professional Cameras are permitted for all Graduations.
• Flowers are permitted but glass vases are not allowed into the Alamodome.
• Flags size 2’ x 3’ or under are permitted.  Flags on sticks or poles are not permitted.

EVENT DAY BOX OFFICE HOURS: Box Office Closed.

No ticket is required. There will be open seating for guests.

STANDARD BOX OFFICE HOURS FOR TICKETED EVENTS:

The Alamodome Box Office is a walk-up service open Monday through Friday, 10:00AM-4:00PM. Box Office Parking is located in lot A.

Methods of Payment Accepted: The Alamodome Box Office can accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We do not accept checks as a method of payment.

SUITE SALES INFORMATION:

Not available for graduations.

ALAMODOME PARKING: Payable by Credit Card Only. Check the University or High School District website for additional information.

ALAMODOME PARKING: The Alamodome has transitioned to a cashless operation. Most major credit cards are accepted for payment. No In & Out parking.

The drop-off and pick-up zone is located for quick access in Lot D on Tower of the America’s Way, off of the southbound I-37 access road.

Drop-off and Pick-up at this location is the safest and quickest area for ride share, taxis, and limo access. There is a pedestrian pathway that leads directly from this location to the security checkpoint on the North Plaza of the Alamodome, Access Control Point (ACP A).

To maintain a safe environment, Alamodome Security requires all guests to be screened via walk-through metal detectors. Patrons can keep all items in their pockets while passing through the metal detectors, so there is no need to empty them when approaching the security areas. If a scan detects items that require further inspection, guests will be directed to a secondary screening area and will be asked to present and/or discard those items. Patrons have the option to return the article to their vehicle.

All guests—including children—must be screened. Infants and toddlers may be carried through metal detectors. Children able to walk may be asked to walk through independently. Guests who are unable or choose not to use a walk-through metal detector may request screening with a hand-held device.
 
For safety reasons, any item or person that may pose a risk to the Alamodome, its guests, or property will not be allowed inside. The facility reserves the right to deny entry or require removal of any item at its sole discretion.
 
Once patrons have been screened and have had their bags checked, they will be directed to the ticket scanning location.

Clear Bag Policy enforced. All attendees will have their bags checked prior to entering the building. See information below on the types of bags allowed or download the Clear Bag Policy PDF Flyer.

The Alamodome reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or unsuitable by Alamodome Security.

• Artificial noisemakers or noisemaking devices of any kind
• Balloons (helium, air filled or deflated)
• Balls or any object that can be used as a projectile
• Cameras with professional lenses longer than 3”, GoPros, video recorders and mono/tripods
• Fireworks, Smoke Bombs
• Folding chairs, stools or other seating devices
• Illegal substances
• Laser pointers
• Outside food and beverage and containers of any kind (except for guests with medical and dietary needs)
• Personal carts, wagons or other large rolling devices
• Poles or sticks of any kind, including selfie-sticks
• Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: all purses, bags or containers larger than a 5.5” x 8.5” small clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags. (See Clear Bag Policy)
• Sealed packages of any kind
• Signs or flags larger than 3’ x 2’
• Smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes
• Segways, skateboards and hoverboards
• Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.)
• Unmanned aircraft systems/radio controlled model aircraft
• Any other item(s) determined by event management to be dangerous or inappropriate will not be allowed

Guest Assist: Desks located at North and South Plaza entrances as well as the North and West Club Level. 

ADA Guest Assist: Allied Services cart transport from Lot A to ADA ramp is available for ADA or other guests requesting assistance.

Complimentary Phone Charging Stations will be located on the Plaza Level at sections 102 and 124 near the Information Desks and on Club Level at section 210 and 234 near the Information Desks.

CONCESSIONS:

The Alamodome has implemented updated protocols for all concessions areas. Patrons will have access to mobile food ordering and cashless operations. Additional safety measures, including plexiglass shields and express pick-up stations will be implemented. Condiments and individually-wrapped utensils will be provided upon request.

CASHLESS OPERATIONS:

The Alamodome will transition to a cashless operation, but will still have the ability to accept cash if the patron has no other payment method.

MOBILE ORDERING:

Patrons can scan an advertised QR code for food ordering and cashless operations. More information regarding the service will be added to this page when it becomes available.
