The Alamodome Box Office is a walk-up service open Monday through Friday, 10:00AM-5:00PM.
Methods of Payment Accepted: The Alamodome Box Office can accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We do not accept checks as a method of payment.

Fans with pre-purchased parking permits are able to park at the Alamodome. The best way to ensure convenient parking is to purchase an Alamodome parking permit for a single game or the rest of the Commanders season. Permits are $20/game and are available at the Alamodome Box Office (Mon – Fri, 10 am – 5 pm). Day of game parking ($20 cash only) may be purchased in Lot C on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Limited Disabled Parking and Disabled Drop-off ONLY is located in lot A. No In & Out parking.
VIA PARK & RIDE SERVICE
VIA Will Serve All San Antonio Commanders Football Games in 2019
Special Event Park & Ride Service offers round trip to Alamodome for just $5
VIA Metropolitan Transit will kick off the 2019 San Antonio Commanders football season with Park & Ride Service to all home games beginning Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, when the Commanders take on the San Diego Fleet. VIA’s Park & Ride Service is convenient and affordable with roundtrip travel to the Alamodome for just $5.
Park & Ride Service to Commanders home games will be provided from the Crossroads Park & Ride (151 Crossroads Blvd.) and the Madla Transit Center (1584 Cantrell Drive). Service will begin two hours before game time, and return service will run for one hour after each game.
Park & Ride fare is $2.50 each way with discounted fares available for children, seniors, students, and active-duty military. Pre-purchase tickets on VIA’s goMobile app, available to download free on Apple and Android devices. Cash and credit cards are accepted at Park & Ride locations. VIAtrans customers and children under age 5 ride free. VIA bus passes are not valid for this service.
In addition to the Park & Ride Service, VIA Prímo (100) and VIVA centro (301) will be detoured to serve the Robert Thompson Transit Center at the Alamodome, beginning two hours before game time and continuing for one hour after the conclusion of each game. Regular bus fare of $1.30 per trip (65 cents for students) will apply. Day Passes are available on the bus for $2.75 and are good for unlimited rides on the day of activation. PLEASE NOTE: Pocket knives, pepper spray and purse/wallet chains are prohibited items and are not allowed into the Alamodome. All attendees are subject to bag check prior to entering the building. The Alamodome reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or unsuitable by Alamodome Security.

- Selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, camera bags, GoPros, drones
- Flags attached to poles

- Animals (with the exception of service or guide animals)
