"The Original" Rudy's Bar-B-Q Pigskin Preview is the official start of the college football season in San Antonio. A crowd of over 800 football fans will come to the Alamodome, Wednesday, August 27 at 11:45pm, for this luncheon on the football field to get a preview of the 2008 Big Ten and Big 12 conference football seasons, eat a great meal from Rudy's Bar-B-Q and hear a keynote speech from an ESPN college football analyst Bob Davie.
