How can I get tickets to Alamodome events?: The Alamodome box office is a walk-up service only. Tickets are available at ticketmaster.com, or by calling (800) 745-3000. ‘Will Call’ tickets can be picked up on the day of the event at the Northeast Box Office ticket windows.

How can I find out if an event is sold out?: Popular events sell out quickly. Although an event may be listed on the Event Calendar, tickets may not be available. Call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or visit ticketmaster.com for information regarding ticket availability.
Can I bring my own food/beverages to an Alamodome event?: Guests may NOT bring food and/or beverage items into the arena during events.
